My stay was wonderful, with friendly staff and a clean, updated room, making it easy to enjoy nearby spots like elwell state park and historic northampton, perfect for walking and sightseeing. the only downside was that the breakfast choices could use some improvement, but overall it was a great experience.

would definitely book again

the king room with spa bath was very clean and had tons of towels. the bathroom included free toiletries and a hairdryer, while the room had a microwave and refrigerator. enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and the fitness center as well. breakfast had a nice variety too!

my stay at the hampton inn was great! the large non-smoking king study room had a mini fridge, which was super handy. the breakfast had good choices and the staff were really friendly. it's conveniently close to my destination. i appreciate the accommodating service from the clerks.

I loved my comfy room with a nice fridge and solid WiFi. The healthy breakfast options were a great start to the day. The indoor heated pool and sun terrace were perfect for relaxing after a long drive. A small hiccup was that my special request for a late checkout wasn’t noted, but that didn’t take away from my overall happy experience! 😊

Enjoyed my stay with family! The room was spacious and the bed incredibly comfortable. We appreciated the friendly front desk staff who were accommodating. However, avoid rooms facing the busy street for a quieter experience. A hair in the tub was disappointing, highlighting room cleanliness concerns.

The walls were a bit thin, which meant I could hear guests moving around in adjacent rooms. Climate control in the room was inconsistent. I faced struggles keeping a comfortable temperature. My late checkout request didn’t make it to the staff, leading to an early knock on my door. Lastly, the side door for guest access didn’t work properly, making entry less convenient. A few more luggage carts would help too, as they seemed in short supply during my stay.
